A different experience to any other garage I have used over my many year of owning a car. Speaking direct to Kenny (the mechanic/engineer) about what their policy is on what kind of service a car needs was really reassuring that they won't just tell you it needs it done. I booked a full service and was delighted to see all the parts they replaced - you would never get this personal service and all those parts replaced at the price they charge at one of the brand car garages. Kenny and the chap that took the car off me when I arrived were both very friendly and very keen to help. It is clear their aim is to satisfy the customer both in quality of job done and the price they charge. This will definitely be my garage from now on. They were recommended to me by my previous mechanic who is retiring. Don't hesitate in using them - they are following strict COVID practices to make sure your car is sanitised before you get it back.

I have used Stenhouse Motors for a couple of years now for MOTs, services, any faults and most recently for a DPF clean. The service is always great and detailed explanations given, which is much appreciated. They also always provide an estimate before undertaking any work and prices are very fair.
In light of the current pandemic, anything they touch is now also cleaned with the appropriate cleaning products and social distancing measures are in place.
Highly recommend, would not want to take my car anywhere else.

I had an emergency after managing to clip an island and flattening my two offside tyres. I was within sight of the garage I was collected and my car brought back to the garage within minutes. I was very upset but I was dealt with very professionally and my tyres were replaced and I collected my car in the afternoon. I wouldn't hesitate to use Stenhouse Motor Engineers again. Kenny and the team were efficient, professional and, above all, very kind at at time when it was needed.
